This walkway has no lights and no Garbage cans. Its is often used a place for teens to hang out at night causing noise disturbance and vandlism. Beer and bottles are often smashed on the ground making it dangerous to walk. There is no buffer in the park between the walkway and the neighbourhood properties which border it.
